Okay, first - jump onto the Internet and find out what is selling in terms of required service work. This means, what are people with money searching for when it comes to getting work done digitally. I am not talking about selling products. This is all about service.
Some people need their taxes done, some need a ghostwriter or to have a million names entered into a database. There is always work needed. Your goal is to find out what work people are looking for most and then set up shop as a provider of that service.
Let's assume that your research shows you that there are a lot of people trying to cash in on the Internet boom - which means that they will need a Web site. Therefore, you create a company designed to provide a turnaround Web business that includes a Web site, a page of sales copy, a shopping system and an e-mail opt-in form. All this for $1,000 and they are in business within a week.
Then you simply hire a team of designers and writers from an outsourcing web site to do the work at half the fee. They get $500 and you get $500. Put in some hard work in the beginning to get a few sales under your belt, then take 20% of your earnings (minimum), and invest it into advertising for your business. You can even outsource a virtual office to call customers and handle e-mails for less than $200 a month. Make big money fast with your internet service. Maintain the advertising, collect the profits and make money while you sleep.
